DASI began organically when a group of women came together to talk about balancing careers, home life, and parenting, especially the challenges new mothers face in staying present for their children without sacrificing long-term work goals. As the team grew, we welcomed individuals of all genders who needed support beyond just a paycheck; people seeking flexibility, purpose, and a fair chance to thrive both personally and professionally.
